Describe the detail of your project including:
- A brief description of your church building (if any) and congregation
- Planning details (to whom was your activity directed: Church members? local community? What were the aims?)
- Activities undertaken: describe
this in some depth – we need
to get a real flavour of the work done:
- Why did you decide on this activity?
- What happened?
- Where did it take place?
- When did it happen? A one-off event, a series, drip-drip-drip of information over long period?
- Who was involved (church members? Outside agencies? Local community groups?) and how many?
- Any outcomes measured and how
- Any comments from participants
Include in your application anything which substantiates the activities undertaken:
- Posters for events
- Service sheets
- Photographs of events or practical thing accomplished
- Copies of questionnaires/articles/leaflets produced in relation to your activity
- Any media coverage
How do you fulfill what the judges are looking for in your category?
